WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, YOU ARE TO BE INFORMED THAT YOUR PUPPY ARRIVE AT THE TRANSIT LAST NIGHT. THE PET CUSTOMS AT THE TRANSIT HAD TO CARRY OUT ALL NECESSARY CHECKUPS OF HER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FROM THE BREEDER AND CONFIRM THEY ARE UP TO DATE. 
!!URGENT NOTICE!!
Determining the route of travel greatly depends on the available schedules by the airlines and the weather! If a dog/dogs are being shipped during this period, the route of choice will be south for connection flights from transit, we will search routes that are north for connections. We always check the weather temperatures for a safe transportation of the  dog/dogs from every stop point.
N.B ... 
 Right now, we are facing some problems to proceed with shipping of your puppy from transit , as a result of the  weather. The puppy's crate which your sender sent her along has been rejected at the transit by the pet controllers since its not air conditional and the weather condition is very bad, if we proceed with shipment she might get sick or die on the way due to the bad weather. we have decided to Adopt a well heated/ventilated A.C crate so that it could always moderate the temperature of the puppy while on transit and also to guarantee a safe delivery to your address today .
We will therefore need you to please try to see if you can acquire the Air Conditional Temperature Regulatory Crate from the transit  before we can proceed with the shipping and its in various cost. We won't be able to send your parcel over without the change of the crate because due to experience of the last flight 24 puppies died on board the flight because they were sent without the AC crates due to weather changes. We won't want to take any risk in that anymore and change of policy due to this problem. It will cost you to have this crate.  We have two types of crates services which we offer, they are..

  • (2 ) Purchase Of The Ac Crates will cost you.................$3.200
You are Fortunate that the sender of your puppy paid for insurance fee. Therefore the insurance department will be responsible for a 100% refunds of the amount you will be paying.
This is known as " the 100% refundable crate scheme. Therefore once you make payments for the required crate fee, we will submit the payment receipt to the insurance department and request for a refunds, upon delivery of your puppy at your destination you will receive a 100% refunds in cash today.
NOTE SHOULD BE TAKEN THAT IF YOU CHOOSE OPTION 1 ABOVE PAYING $1000, THE  FEE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU UPON DELIVERY AND THE CRATE WILL BE HANDED OVER BACK TO US.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN THREE FORMS DEPENDING ON HOW SOON YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS
1. .....WIRE TRANSFER....
  WE ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFER VIA MONEY GRAM(AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS) FROM CUSTOMERS WHO WANT THEIR PARCELS DELIVERY SAME TIME AT THEIR ADDRESS AND REQUIRE THEIR REFUNDS GIVEN TO THEM UPON DELIVERY OF THEIR PARCELS. WIRE TRANSFER IS THE MOST AND FREQUENTLY USED METHOD OF PAYMENT BY OUR CUSTOMERS SINCE MUST CUSTOMERS WON'T WANT THEIR PARCELS TO SPEND MORE TIME AT THE TRANSIT.

2.....BANK TRANSFER.....
  WE ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER FROM CUSTOMERS WHO WANT THEIR PARCELS DELIVERY NEXT DAY OR AFTER 24 HOURS AT THEIR ADDRESS. OUR BANK TRANSFER SYSTEMS USUALLY TAKE 24 HOURS TO BE CLEARED AND REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN SAME TIME UPON DELIVERY.

3....PAYPAL....
  WE ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENTS ABOVE 2000$ WHICH IS CLEARED BY OUR SYSTEM AFTER 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT.
